Merger Announced: Continental Plastic Card and Biz-Mag Become Continental BizMag

Pompano Beach, Florida - Representatives from Continental Plastic Card and Biz-Mag announced this week that the two companies have merged, resulting in Continental BizMag.

Biz-Mag, specializing in high quality magnet printing, was originally acquired by Continental Plastic Card in April of 2019 but the companies have continued to run independently of each other. Biz-Mag’s operations have been heavily focused on eCommerce, with over 99% of orders being processed online.

Continental Plastic Card, established in 1973, acquired its client base of over 15,000 customers offline and is eager to enter the eCommerce space.

“We are excited to finally take our company to the next level by streamlining the order experience for our customers,” says Continental’s President, Tony Gardner. “We’ve been in business for over 40 years and this partnership has helped us to modernize our process by providing our customers with an eCommerce option for the first time. Many of our competitors outsource their work overseas and we are proud to continue manufacturing and creating jobs right here in South Florida.”

Both companies are trade printers that service B2B wholesale customers whose end-users include clients like the United Way, RE/MAX, BlueCross BlueShield, Brinks Home Security, and many more.

“This merger has allowed us to nearly double the size of our product catalog, which is something we are very excited to share with our customers,” explained Charles Feldman, Biz-Mag’s former President and current Director of Sales at Continental BizMag.

Continental BizMag, is now positioned as one of the largest plastic card & magnet wholesale printing companies in the United States, employing over 70 employees in their 45,000 sq. ft. facility in Pompano Beach, Florida.
